In the Pink and Green: Travels

One thing that my husband and I share is a passionate love for travel, and we've be blessed to be able to explore some really great places together. Being that I'm from Michigan and he's from Oregon, we inevitably end up visiting those two places at least a few times during the year. However, we've also been able to visit many other cities across the US, as well as around the world. This page is constantly being updated so be sure to check back as we travel to new places!

I also feel extremely fortunate that we're getting the opportunity to try living in some really cool places as well. We started out our married life living in Ann Arbor, Michigan while Cam finished up grad school at the University of Michigan. After he graduated, he started a two-year rotational program that allowed him to complete 4 six month rotations in different parts of his company. His first rotation was in Greenville, South Carolina so we moved down there in July 2010. He ended up doing two rotations there, so we lived there for a year and I absolutely loved life in the South. For his third rotation, the opportunity came for us to move to Longmont, Colorado in July of 2011 and we jumped at the chance. Colorado is awesome and I really enjoyed living there as well. For his final rotation, we had the chance to relocate out to Lake Tahoe and so we moved again in January 2012. We live in Stateline, Nevada (so on the South Shore of the lake) and we've really been enjoying this beautiful part of the country. Cameron finished his rotational program in July 2012 and accepted a full-time position with the office here, so we are going to be staying in Tahoe for the immediate future. However, we know that this will most likely not be our last stop on our journey, and I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for us in the future!
